This initiative tracker is for tabletop combat where you need a clear turn order on one page. It includes columns for Name, Roll, Modifier, Total, Tie-break, Order, HP, and Conditions. The sample rows show Aria (PC), Goblins A, and Borin (PC), with room to enter each combatant’s roll and modifier and sort the order by ties using the higher modifier.
